Eligibility for Returns

Products: All physical products sold by Companion Buddy are eligible for return.

Condition: Products can be returned in any condition, whether opened, used, or otherwise.

Return Reasons

You may return your product for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

Initiating a Return: To start a return, email us at support@companionbuddy.io or use the contact form on our website.

Verification: The email you use to contact us must match the email associated with the order. Please also provide the order number for verification.

Return Shipping Information: After initiating the return, we will email you the shipping information and instructions for returning the product.

Refund Details

Refund Type: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card).

Fees: A $10 restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs for the entire order.

Shipping Costs: If you paid for shipping when placing the order, those shipping fees will also be refunded.

Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Additional Notes

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

International Returns: Returns are treated the same for international and domestic customers. The $10 fee still applies.

All Products Returnable: No exclusions apply; all products sold by Companion Buddy are returnable regardless of condition.
